“ We enjoyed the food at the Pork Pit. We had the pleasure eating there at least 3 times so far. We ordered the jerk chicken. It was flavorful and juicy. The skin was seasoned very well. The pit cooks were friendly and engaging. The ambiance was family oriented. Overall, everyone should stop in when in Mobay or just when on the hip strip. ”

“ No frills great jerk chicken and rice and peas. Hot sauce with the rice and peas was heaven combined with a smiley hot and spicy, perfectly crispy jerk chicken. I'm back in the states now, dreaming of that chicken. Gonna try a local spot here. The bar is set very high at the Pork Pit. PS Jamaica, please keep your Red Stripe a little colder. ”
“ The only place in Montego Bay Jamaica that was on Yelp. Couldn't add the other awesome restaurants either. Don't know how someone got so lucky? The Pork Pit was raved on here and TripAdvisor and was worth it in the very hot and humid weather that soon turned into a monsoon of a rainstorm. This place had my 2nd favorite Jerk chicken and bbq pork, they had some hot sauces and some mellow ones. Too scared to try the scotch bonnet pepper sauce and ended up with the green one which I forgot to take a picture of. Service was fast, efficient and with a smile. For sure will come back when in the Country. ”
